At Vero Homes, it’s up to you to decide how your home will look. We build custom homes and offer full customization – you can choose the room layout, facade type, heating, panels, furniture front colors, and accessories. Importantly, the individual design is included in our price.
Our collaboration with the investor begins with understanding their needs and preferences, followed by preparing an individual cost estimate and agreement. After the deposit payment, the client receives direct contact with our architect, who configures the rooms and designs the house according to the buyer’s guidelines. They propose the best solutions, provide advice, aiming to ensure that the house is tailored to the needs, practical, and beautiful.
Included in the price, every customer receives a functional design – a black and white floor plan as well as a colored plan, with the included furnishings. Upon the client’s request and for an additional fee, we can also prepare a 3D visualization of the house, as well as the construction project.
We don’t offer ready-made models. We tailor each house to the client’s preferences. We manufacture mobile homes in four sizes: 35 m2 (4 x 8.7 m), 48 m2 (4 x 12 m), 56 m2 (4 x 14 m), and 63 m2 (4.5 x 14 m), as well as eco-houses with a construction project of any square footage. Depending on the size of the house and the investor’s expectations, we propose the best possible way to arrange the space. We have a sample book, but the buyer can also choose their own materials. Thanks to this, they will receive a home they dream of and need, not just a house from a catalog.
