We build modern, energy-efficient houses using a timber-frame construction technology, complete with full building documentation.
Each eco-home is custom-built to order, tailored to the investor's expectations, and comfortably equipped. The production takes only 99 days from project approval.
These are single-story buildings with a gable roof, available in any size chosen by the investor. The ecological house shown in the pictures has exterior dimensions of 12 m x 4.5 m (63 m²) and consists of four rooms (a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and two children’s rooms), two bathrooms, and a large hallway.
We offer eco-homes in various configurations with a range of equipment, individually selected to meet the client’s needs and preferences.
Ecological timber-frame house by Vero Homes Developer
is equipped with underfloor heating (foils and heating mats), a recuperation system, air conditioning with heating and wi-fi controls in each room, electric external blinds, and mosquito nets.
We use made-to-measure furniture with renowned Blum fittings. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven, and a dishwasher. The house also has a smart tv and a washing machine.
Vero Homes Developer's eco-house
is distinguished by its excellent thermal insulation, which is achieved through the use of suitable partitions, a thick layer of thermal insulation foam and triple-glazed windows. The thermal transmittance U-value can be as low as 0.11 W/(m2xK). There are no thermal bridges. This translates into minimised home heating costs and atmospheric emissions. The house can additionally be fitted with photovoltaic panels to make it self-sufficient in energy (passive house).
How is an EcoHome different from a mobile home?
Eco-homes have a different wall structure than mobile homes, with even better insulation, higher ceilings, and standard features such as: a gable roof, a heat recovery system, air conditioning with heating function, electric roller shutters, insect screens, plastered exterior walls, interior walls covered with drywall and paint, tiled bathrooms, and additional custom features.
Each eco-home is built with full construction documentation, making it eligible for financing through a mortgage or leasing.
