After the deposit payment, the client receives direct contact with our architect, who configures the rooms and designs the house according to the buyer’s guidelines. Included in the price, every customer receives a functional design \u2013 a black and white floor plan as well as a colored plan, with the included furnishings. We don’t offer ready-made models. We tailor each house to the client’s preferences. We manufacture mobile homes in four sizes: 35 m2 (4 x 8.7 m), 48 m2 (4 x 12 m), 56 m2 (4 x 14 m), and 63 m2 (4.5 x 14 m), as well as eco-houses with a construction project of any square footage. Depending on the size of the house and the investor’s expectations, we propose the best possible way to arrange the space. We have a sample book, but the buyer can also choose their own materials. Thanks to this, they will receive a home they dream of and need, not just a house from a catalog.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
