We do not have ready-made models, as each home is customized according to the investor\u2019s preferences. We offer mobile homes in 6 basic sizes: 36 m\u00b2 (4×9 m), 40 m\u00b2 (4×10 m), 44 m\u00b2 (4×11 m), 48 m\u00b2 (4×12 m), 56 m\u00b2 (4×14 m), and 63 m\u00b2 (4.5×14 m), as well as eco-homes with a building design. On request, we also build homes of other sizes. Depending on the size of the home, your needs, and expectations, we propose the best possible layout and use of space. A mobile home is ready to move in (with all installations and equipment) usually within 4\u20138 weeks from signing the contract. The waiting time for an eco-home with a design is 99 days from project approval and obtaining a building permit.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We offer transportation services (we have a suitable fleet and guides) and also allow you to arrange transport independently. The home is loaded onto a low-loader trailer, transported, and unloaded near the destination.
